Extreme Driver Training

Crail Airfield Promotions has teamed up with 1st Lotus driving school instructor, Andrew Walsh, A.D.I.B Eng. D.I.A. I.A.M, to give you on the limit driver training.

The structure of the course is adaptable to the specific needs of the customer with the aim to coach the most out of you and your car, to increase your confidence.

Covering anything from the fundamentals to the high performance racing techniques, training will include - the use of controls, smooth acceleration, modulated braking, rotational steering, cornering, balancing the car on the throttle, the use of trial braking, trail lifting, understeer, oversteer, lift off oversteer, gear changing, heal and toe, skid control, spin avoidance and control techniques. Also available are some of the more entertaining rather than educational manoeuvres.

Course prices are per person based on people sharing the airfield and instructor.
£80 for the full day with four people.
£135 for the full day with only two people.
£50 for an evening session with four people.
