1/4 Mile Thrash & Drift 18.07.21

Our next event is our traditional 1/4Mile Thrash & Drift and everyone is welcome to take part 🤗
There is no need to Pre-register (we have permission for this day to exceed the current Scot Gov headcount restrictions) ✔️Spectators are permitted! 😃
Mini Mayhem will be in attendance again with some amazing cars, the grass area will be open purely for Mini Mayhem to park up and ‘show’ their cars but there will also be some very quick ones going down the 1/4 mile 😉😎
There are still vital Covid regulations in place to ensure your safety. We ask that you read this information carefully and respect the conditions we have to operate under ☝️
For everyone taking part in the 1/4mile & Drifting and attending as a Spectator; although it may not be law, if you are bringing passengers we recommend you stick to same/extended household in the same vehicle. �Please note the following Covid rules….
�When having a rest/break, you MUST maintain at least 2metres social distance from anyone outside your same household/extended bubble when watching/using the facilities.
�Signage is in place and evident onsite and we ask that each person takes responsibility for knowing the current Scottish Government Guidelines; washing hands regularly, carrying and using their own sanitiser/wipes (there are also facilities onsite for your use).

1/4 Mile & OVAL RUNS FROM: 10am – 4pm

Entry Adult £10 (Paid on Entry)

Entry Under 16yrs old £5 (Paid on Entry)

Entry Under 12 yrs old FREE

1/4 Mile £20 per driver (Paid at Sign On)

Drifting £10 per driver (Paid at Sign On)

Helmets MUST be worn on the Drift Oval by both Driver and Passenger
Any soft top cars on 1/4 Mile – Drivers & Passengers must wear a Helmet
Any soft top cars must have a roll cage for the Drift Oval
Cars for Drift Oval – please ensure you have an exhaust on the car with at least one silencer.
�Bikes are able to take part but as usual depends on weather conditions on the day.��

Our next event is an OPEN TRACK & DRIFT Session

Please note there is no 1/4mile this day; instead Crail Raceway is transformed into a circuit and we have the drifting oval open as usual. There is no need to pre-register and spectators are permitted to attend

Please ensure you enter the correct class and your details are readable to avoid being entered into the wrong class.

SHOW n SHINE TOP 5 CARS 5 trophies for the best individual cars on the day, as picked by independent judges.
Best Club Stand – Chosen by independent judge; not just for number of cars, but for car quality and display. (All show trophies for German cars only)

COVID REQUIREMENTS
This is a popular event and evident signage is in place onsite and we respectfully continue to ask that each person take responsibility for knowing the current Scottish Government guidelines. Please wash you hands regularly, carry and use your own sanitiser/wipes (There are also facilities provided onsite for your use) Please listen to Marshalls onsite and observe and respect any instructions you are given, particularly in relation to 2metre distancing from others. DO NOT ENTER the site if you feel unwell or have any symptoms associated with Covid 19 as listed on the Scottish Government website.

***As always, Crail is open to any make or model of cars but most of the awards and shoot outs are only for German cars
